Service Description
A supportive, therapist-led group designed to help teens manage anxiety, depression, and overwhelm—while giving parents guidance and relief. If your teen is: Avoiding school or falling behind Isolating or staying in their room Struggling with anxiety or low mood Shutting down or refusing to talk You may feel: Helpless Frustrated Worried about their future This is more common than you think—and it’s treatable. Cancellation Policy
1. Policy Purpose: To provide specialized and tailored support and psycho-education dealing with mental health, trauma, or substance use challenges in a supportive, collaborative environment. Eligibility: • Ages 5+ • Must complete an initial consultation • Must not be in active crisis or require a higher level of care Structure: • Workshops - will announce details • Not required to attend full workshop • Specialized workshops may include: creative therapy exercised, experiential activities, workshop materials/resources, active interaction, guest speakers and co-facilitation opportunities Attendance & Participation: • Regular attendance is not required • Confidentiality is mandatory • Active participation encouraged but not forced Cost: • Self-pay - dependent on workshop topic/duration • Pay as you attend/ Ask about discounted fees ⸻ 2. Policy- Purpose: To offer services that include interpersonal engagement, guidance, support, interactive activities and individualized/specialized information helpful that is helpful treating and addressing specific niches Eligibility: • Any member • Must complete an initial consultation Structure: • Weekly/Monthly/Ongoing pending workshop topic • Individual/Family/Couple counseling also available • Culturally competent & highly established clinicians/guest speakers Topics May Include: • Trauma and Substance Use/Addiction • Attachment Theory and Couple Support • Natural Life Disasters and Family Conflict Confidentiality & Safety: • HIPAA-compliant practices • Anonymous registration available for high-profile clients
