Living With Loss

A Supportive Space for Grief

Started Feb 3

Service Description

Grief can be isolating, confusing, and overwhelming—especially when words feel inadequate. Living With Loss is an open, clinician-facilitated group offering a steady, respectful space to show up as you are. This is a place to be heard, to connect with others who understand, and to gently make sense of grief while you’re still in the middle of feeling it. Because this is an open group with limited capacity, there may be moments when space becomes available. When it does, you’re welcome to join—no pressure, no expectation to have it all figured out.
